How to Use the Admin Section

The passworded admin section allows you to do the following:

 

• View a list of the events already set up.

o Add paper entries

o Change the status of an entry (maybe to indicate ‘withdrawn’)

o Upload times

o Upload schedules

o Remove an event

o View and edit the classes of an event

• Add a new event

• List the entries or order/contact details for a particular event.

o Download the list of entries in csv format for manipulation in Excel or Word

o Download the order details in csv format for manipulation in Excel or Word

• Duplicate an event to save typing everything in again

• Set up a compulsory ‘First Aid’ class that all competitors have to enter.
